Leydi Lucas is the Director of Membership at AIEA. Her background includes several years in K–12 education, where she held both administrative and instructional roles. As an immigrant and native Spanish speaker, Leydi offers a valuable linguistic and cultural perspective that enhances the organization’s commitment to inclusivity. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Arizona Global Campus and a master’s degree in Training and Development from North Carolina State University. Leydi is committed to advancing equitable and accessible education and continuously developing her skills to better support diverse educational communities.
